
It is very common for business’ to reward an employee with the honour of ” Employee of the Month”. The award is usually given to an individual who worked hard and went above and beyond the call of duty within his or her designated job. The purpose of this, is not to make employees work more or harder, but its to shine light and give thanks to the employees that go the extra mile on a regular basis without expecting anything in return. But what about having a, “Customer of the Month” award?
Over the past year, we have received several emails, calls and reviews about how great the work we do is, and how nice and professional the crews are. This got us thinking, why not make a Customer of the Month club? So we did.
Starting June 2016, every residential customer we service over that month will have the opportunity to win the “Customer of the Month’ award as well as a $25 Huber gift card, just by being a great customer.
We are asking the crews to give us feedback on whom are the customers they feel are deserving of the award. At the end of the month, the names will go in a hat and a winner will be drawn. The contest will run from June to September of 2016. The gift card can be used for any of the services we offer; window cleaning, pressure washing or eavestrough cleaning.
There are no rules for the contest, but it certainly would not hurt your chances of winning by emailing, calling or even writing us a review letting us know how the crews did. We hope our customers are as excited as we are for this new monthly prize give away for “Customer of the Month”.
